Great experience with Centerville Towing. I had originally been waiting for AAA for about 2½ hours, and due to some kind of service glitch on their end, they told me it would still be another hour and a half before they could get to me. I started calling a few other tow companies from the top of Google Maps, but most of them just went straight to generic voicemail. When I called Centerville Towing, a real person answered right away and the lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. She said they could have someone out in about 45 minutes, and they actually arrived way sooner than that. Steve, the tow truck driver, was great to work with. Very professional and easy to deal with. Amber was so kind, professional, reassuring, and understanding when I called, she dispatched a driver out to pick up my car immediately. The driver loaded my car right up and delivered to the shop address I gave him. They took pictures and was very professional and took care of business right away. I recommend these guys 100%. The price was more than reasonable and i believe I was even given a discount bc it was very reasonable.

Steve was so great! I had a flat tire and needed towing to my dealer. He arrived within minutes of confirming the tow from my insurance company. Steve was friendly and loaded my car with great care, and assured me he will take good care of it.
