CENTRAL AUTO SHOP AND MD STATE INSPECTION

Warning stay away from this place they are a total scam with inspections and repairs my van just got a bunch of work done at Mr tire and they looked at the tie rod and the motor mounts and everything and told me I had plenty of life left in those parts and the vehicle period... A month or two later I go to this place for the inspection and they try to tell me that my tie rods were bad I needed a motor mount a transmission mount and instantly try to give me the price for fixing it even though I didn't ask for it and they failed my vehicle there are total scam they tell you that stuff is wrong with your vehicle and it's really not just so you can get the work done with them trust me if you're looking for inspections stay far away from this place they are total rip-off and it's already bad en

I came here for small auto issues all the time. Felt that I could trust the old boss. Now things are mostly done by the younger mechanics and they started to falsely tell me things broken in the car. Went to another reputable repair shop right after and they verified nothing needed replacing or fixing. Will not come back.

Outstanding customer service. My car did fail justifiably, but they were very courteous and reasonable. Open Saturday and a fair price.

They are very professional and know what they are doing, especially Mr. Awesome, he is a very talented mechanic.

Always a pleasure to get my car inspected here. It's fast, available day of and a no nonsense approach to billing. Great team here. Highly recommend.
