My recent visit for service and a mirror replacement on my Ram was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had with any service department. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that my scheduled appointment meant nothing, and the level of communication and professionalism I expected simply was not there. I arrived with a confirmed appointment, something that should guarantee at least a reasonable wait time and some kind of acknowledgement or update from staff. Instead, I was left sitting in the waiting area for over three hours with absolutely no communication. I had a very bad and deceptive experience with Toyota Universe. I agreed with salesperson Carlos Rodriguez on a total price of $35,000 for my car, but later the dealership increased the price to $45,000 without my consent — and then added financing interest based on the $45,000 instead of the original $35,000. The final cost became over $56,000, which is an unauthorized increase of more than $21,000. It has been three weeks and I still haven’t received the car’s paperwork or title. No one from the dealership — including Finance Manager Remy Braddock — is answering my calls or helping me resolve this issue. This is unfair, deceptive, and potentially fraudulent, violating U.S. consumer protection laws. I strongly advise others to be very careful dealing with Toyota Universe. – Remon N. Ha

If I could, I would give more than 5 stars!! The easiest and most pleasant purchase ever. Guy, Jimmy and the whole team were exceptional to work with. Responsive service, they guided me to the right car for me. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle. I should mention that I love my new car too!! I didn’t realize the 3 row Grand Cherokee is exactly what I needed. A really nice move if you are leaving a minivan but still need the room. My kids are happy too. Thanks guys!!
