Central Body Company provides excellent auto body work with friendly, professional service—their technicians are skilled and treat customers with respect. However, I was surprised by their $500 diagnostic fee just for a repair estimate, which seems excessive compared to other shops. While the quality of their actual repairs appears top-notch, this upfront cost may deter some customers from proceeding. They're transparent about pricing, but the high quote fee could be more reasonable. Great for insurance jobs or major repairs where quality matters most, but budget-conscious customers might want to get estimates elsewhere first. Still, their craftsmanship and customer care make them worth considering for premium collision repair work.

10 STARS! Hands down the best shop I have ever been to. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Kaleigh made sure I was kept up to date on every aspect of the repair and could not have been more accommodating of my schedule. They let me drop my car off early in the morning so I could walk over to UNMC for work. Body repair work was high quality and fast. Texted me when my car was finished and even sent me a picture to confirm my satisfaction with the repair. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know.
