Today's visit was my yearly inspection. Mr. Joshua Sheppard who is my Service Advisor, greet me warmly upon exiting my vehicle "by my name and I'll be with in a minute". I've dealt with Mr Sheppard after changing dealership in 2018. I find him to be most responsive, meticulous, accommodating, professional, and transparent when dealing with the choices/decisions of the upkeep of my vehicle; Mr. Sheppard explain repair options without upselling me on unneeded parts/things. With explanations that a 4th grader would understand. Today's visit was most gracious. Due to removal of snow fill ice off the street for a broken pipe. My car was covered with ice which had to be chip off. Leaving a mess of salt covering the driver side. I ask if there was any way they could just spray water on it to remo

Great staff. I've been apart of the Toyota family since 1997. Everyone has always been helpful and pleasant. Great team at Central City. Special shout out to Joshua Sheppard. Took care of me everytime I brought my car there. Great worker.
