Central Collision

I brought my car here and paid out of pocket (did not go through insurance). I needed a bumper replacement for my 5 series bmw and a few other minor fixes after an accident. My car was never the same after this repair. I had issues with the replacement piece, such as headlight calibration that they were unable to fix despite bringing it back. The replacement piece also had some minor dings that I noticed a week later when washing it for the first time. I would not recommend, particularly if you drive foreign vehicles. Update: I paid about $4,000 for a new bumper assembly. I requested aftermarket parts, but was told they couldn't locate any. I was informed the parts replaced were OEM. However, I am now learning for the first time that parts installed were actually aftermarket. 4,000 for an

Incredible experience from start to finish. Perfect repair. Everything we needed. Nothing we don't. Excellent communication, expectations, etc. These guys take the "suck" out of a pretty gnarly mishap.
