Kept my mower over a month and NEVER worked on it after repeatedly telling me I was next on the list. If they treat everyone like they treated me they won't be in business long.
Drove 3.5 hours to buy a hard to find Yamaha bike. ET was transparent with pricing right up front which is rare these days. Everyone was great to deal with. Was treated like a long time customer even though we had never done business. Will make the drive again if we ever need another Yamaha!

excellent service, with the towing and work on the bike. Too, time to work with my insurance company to get paid. . At pick up they took time to answer all my questions. Learned a lot about the electrical and how it drains my battery. Very flexible with pick up date. Everyone very friendly when I called. I would defiantly use them again.
