I have been with them for over 10 years. When I bought my hundred years old house in Ybor City I tried dozens of places for insurance and nobody would insure me. They found a way to get me coverage from the 1st day. It wasn't typical insurance as NOBODY offered that. They got me insured through Lyods of London. This at least gave me piece of mind as I spent all of my money to buy the house. Later they were able to find me typical coverage. They work hard to get and keep your business and have always been proactive in notifying me of any problems such as me missing a payment or better coverage options. I refer them to many people.Most recently Yvonne and Marisel have helped me. I assure you you won't find a better Insurance agency than Central Florida Insurance.

One of the best Insurance agencies I have ever dealt with, It must be a family owned and operated agency because they all seem real close and friendly the people their are super nice. I had to get insurance on my boat which I knew nothing about and they took the time to explain everything to me and made it really simple to understand. I would highly suggest going to this agency. I am going back to get my Auto and Home owners there as well..

Deserves no stars at all as you all can tell by the tons of reviews. They cancelled my policy bc of a “second payment” that was due for one month of insurance. & when I told the agent (she happened to be the agent who enrolled me in my policy) that it was never even explained when I purchased my policy, she said “well I gave you your receipt.” How about doing your job better & be more polite to your customers! 😤 point is, they’re scam artists & very unprofessional, I would’ve never switched from Geico if I knew they would screw me this bad. It is very much worth spending 40 or even 100 dollars more with someone else than getting insured with these people. Big mistake!
