Took my car to get worked on, but all I seen was slow workers mix with people just standing around. Took them 1 week to fix one simple problem and yet they were trying to charge me for more than 4k. For parts that didn’t need to be changed. Never taking my car back to them ever again. They didn’t offer no rental to move around for that week I didn’t have a car. Just know that if you take your car they will take for ever to work on it and try to scam you on part that don’t need to be changed. Money hungry people! Lazy people! Stay on their phone and don’t do their job!

I am not recommend. Buy a car in this dealer. Very. Unprofessional sales person. Are there. Also forced you take a car you don’t want. Also. All those vehicles in bad condition . And. Forced u to buy also. Not feels welcome. I take bad decision to go there please please think twice to go to that car dealer Central Nissan is the worst dealer I ever been.

The most complicated, lying, dishonest seller I've ever seen in my life. We bought a car here before, it took 3 weeks to prepare the car and 3 months for the license plate to arrive. In addition, after using the car, it broke down before 1 month and when we went to the service, they said they could not take any action. If anyone is thinking of buying a car here, they should definitely not buy it even if they give it for free. Don't waste your time and money. And you will also deal with such dishonest people.

Service desk not friendly not welcoming. They sit there on their phones running their mouth and not willing to help

I found their online store while searching for a specific part for my QX80. Even better when I realized they were literally right off 90 when heading to the medical center from Sugar Land. Their online prices are not only less when compared to other local Nissan or Infiniti dealerships, but they get your orders processed immediately. I’ve made numerous purchases now through their website and the longest I’ve waited for a special part order was only 2 days. If you’re local and don’t mind picking up your order, highly recommended to order your parts from their website/business.
