Central Iowa Towing and Recovery

I needed my battery jumped this morning! A small wait (less than an hour) on this bitter cold day but made it in less time than they said. He was polite and friendly. Got car started in no time all. Good price as well! 😊 I would definitely use them again & recommend to others!!

Cool. So you wanted more? Your tow guy didn't read the ticket my roadside assistance company sent him and brought a rig too large for the ramp, then he called and said they'd have it handled he'd have to get a smaller truck and I could go home instead of staying with the vehicle, then the absolute knob marked me down as a did not show. I ended up having to find alternative towing arrangements the next day delaying repairs and taking up another 4 hours of my time. You earned this review. Do better.

I've used Central iowa towing probably 30. Times in past 2 yrs undecking trailers for me. In Altoona and in Marshalltown. Both locations great staff and quick service. Mostly in Marshalltown now. Chad the heavy wrecker driver is very professional and quick. Highly recommend this company for treating customers..fair.

Bobby was great he came fast and got my spare tire from under the truck and then he changed my tire and made sure i had air in it and made sure my other tires were good also! Thank you very much!!!! 😁🥰

Central Iowa Towing and Recovery helped make a frustrating situation easier. My father and daughter were in an accident and while the vehicle seemed drivable at first, it quickly stopped working. I was 2 hours away and Central Iowa Towing put my mind at ease and got their disabled vehicle off the side of the road and to a shop in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't gouge me on the price. 10/10 would recommend!!!
