If I could give 10 stars for the entire team I would. My experience was wonderfully smooth from dropping off my rear- ended car to picking up the unrecognizable car. What’s more, the repair was completed a day early, and the team was willing to wait for me past their closing time. A big shout out to Abraham who took the time to go over the paperwork, and spent even more time showing me the works done on the car outside. As if that wasn’t enough, he offered to removed old scratches for me. I was so moved especially when first class services are so rare these days.

Abraham and his team did an excellent job on my 2015 Escalade. From start to finish they were professional, clear about the process, and handled everything smoothly. The repairs came out perfect and the car looked brand-new when I picked it up—bumper fixed, paint matched flawlessly, and they even gave it a really nice wash and detail. The whole team was polite, honest, and easy to work with. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them for any body or trim work.

My car still has the word "polish" on it since the car was repaired in the summer. No one bothered to look at the finish. My interior passenger door has over spray all over it and still can't find something to remove the watered paint . All and all $5k worth of repairs but probably only 2500$ job. No one was professional enough to call me back. I have a special needs son and didn't have time to drive up there and complain, plus I was afraid something else might get damaged like my turbo plate was destroyed but no one fessed up til I brought it to there attention. It was replaced but still, I don't recommend and probably won't take legal action since it's been so long but people need to know if your using insurance to pay.

I would highly recommend Central Park Auto & Collision Inc to do all your auto body repairs. Abraham, the manager set me up for the repair and Glen and Hans did a wonderful job on my car. I found the entire team to be polite and professional….. I am very pleased, thank you again for a job well done….👍🏼😊

This business absolutely scammed me. They left parts off of my car, including integral pieces that allowed my door to work. The door on the other side that needs work! The part they needed kept getting delayed over a month and the rep Abraham kept giving excuses, like “this part is rare, there are only 2 in America”, which is obviously a lie. On top of that the delay was so long that my insurance ran out and I had to pay out of pocket. To top it all off, items from my trunk were stolen and their retort was “we have a sign that says we aren’t responsible for personal items”. This place is disrespectful, and sketchy. I do not recommend.
