I hadn’t been in an accident in many years so I was nervous about the whole process and Central Valley Collision really took care of me. The process was seamless and quick! Within 3 days I had my front bumper, grill, and headlight replaced on my 2021 BMW 330i. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you Gerardo and team for the excellent customer service and for making my car look brand new!

They were amazing getting in getting our daughters car back to looking good and driving safe ! I only went here because AAA told me to. I will be taking my issues up with AAA as well. All I can say is if you need your car fixed don’t go here. Called me to come get my car said it would be ready by 5:30. I waited til 4:30 and decided I’d take my rental back and be ready to get my car. As I’m on my way to get my car i get a call saying it’s not gonna be ready. It will be ready the following day. Fine whatever it happens. Just wish they Could’ve let me know earlier so I didn’t return my rental. The next day comes I get no calls about my car all day or the status. So I call in at 4:30 myself. I speak to a lady She said she’s gonna check on the status comes back on the phone and says my car will be ready by 5:30. They are just washing it for me and doing a detail. I show up at 5:15 not on

Paint didn’t match and when I brought up, they didn’t think it was a big deal. They think that a wash and wax they offer after 30 days is enough. I’ve had body damage on this vehicle before and the other shop I’ve taken it to, there has never been a paint difference.
