I had a very pleasant and smooth car buying experience with Bryan and JC. They were easy to communicate with without being overbearing. They respected my preferred communication method without blowing up my phone. When I asked for something, they were prompt and direct with their responses. They were agreeable with negotiations and didn’t press me for anything I said I wasn’t interested in. I went out of my way to complete my purchase here as they were the best when it came to communication and being reasonable compared to the several other dealerships I had contacted. I would highly recommend working with them, worth the extra trip!

I really do want to support local and I want to keep supporting Hyundai as a whole. However, time and time again I am so disappointed by Central Valley Hyundai and Hyundai in general. I have had my Sonata since 2018, it’s a 2015. I had an issue with the airbag light being on and the occupant classification system. They wanted to charge me over $2,000+ to fix something on an essentially new car, my car was barely 3 years old at that point, something that is paramount to passenger safety, that was absolutely ridiculous and so out of touch. Something that has to do with airbags should not be going bad after 3 years and then expect the owner to pay multiple thousands of dollars to fix.
