7/8/25 I am not fond of this place. Or prco the insurance company. It took over a month to get a new transmission more tondue with Prco then Nissan., then we got not even 1 mile and it craped out. Back we go. The gave us a loner then had us bring it back for rental. Which they then decided to charge us for. I wouldn't have needed it if your service dept would have properly test drove the car. Return rental today get car back the driver door handle is broken made it from modest to hilmar half way home and the check engine light came on . What a joke. I am gonna continue to try and get them to refund the rental fee for the car. I will never buy another Nissan. FYI Nissan has a cvt transmission which requires a fluid service every 30 to 60 thousand miles your service manual doesn't say

I want to extend a huge thank you to Central Valley Nissan! I was previously stressed about issues with my Nissan Altima, as other dealerships in the Bay Area kept telling me something was wrong and recommended scheduling an appointment for repairs. Following my daughter's recommendation, I took my car to Central Valley Nissan for an oil change and requested a Multi-Point Inspection. The Service Advisor, Jeff, promptly called and emailed me with a video detailing the necessary repairs specifically, replacing the washer fluid reservoir and hose. The team at Central Valley Nissan efficiently identified the problem and took the time to fix it properly. Their excellent work and outstanding customer service truly impressed me. Thank you again!

Great service every time we take our vehicle in for service. and awesome professional employees that make sure your concerns are always answered.

I would give it a zero star if possible for the service department. This dealer has the habit of setting appointments and not respecting the times. They make customers wait hours before actually taking your car in. They don't keep you updated on what the status is on your car. This is horrible customer service. I do not recommend this dealer at all for service. The car dealer salesman are a different subject, we had an excellent experience when my husband bought his truck.

I live out of town so i need to wait for my vehicle, they did a great job and got me on my way very quickly even after i add a brake fluid change out Good job service
