Century Express Carwash

I just moved here from another state and wanted to find a good car wash. This one honestly left me disappointed today. My car did not come out as clean as I had hoped and even though I bought the $20 car wash my rims were still very dirty. I’m used to Car Wash is giving you towels to wipe down your car clean your wheels and wipe down your dashboard. This Car Wash only gives you a folded up some sort of paper towel and that’s it so unfortunately, my car did not get clean properly. The only good thing I will say is the vacuums worked very well. I also did not find (or maybe I missed it) a prep area to clean your wheels or front of your bumper. I also did not notice any place to clean your mats such as a mat cleaner. I’ll continue my search for a car wash in the area that does a decent job

Things were fine until I got to the washing part. The guy looked like he hated his job. Then he got angry with me because he never told me when to stop, he kept waving me forward so I kept going (mind you this is the first time I’ve ever gone to an actual car wash. I always wash my own). He then pecked on my window and told me to move back. You would have thought I just ruined his whole morning. 🤦🏽‍♀️ overall bad experience.

We had a great experience at the car wash until we encountered a staff member who seemed to have a bad attitude. When we arrived at the washing area, he started walking towards us, and I attempted to greet him by rolling down the window, but he ignored me. Unaware of what was expected of us, as it was our first visit, we slowly began to move forward. The staff member then shouted at us, asking why we drove over a cone and why we didn't wait. We explained that the cone was already down and that we were unaware of the protocol. The staff member's demeanor was completely unprofessional, and his behavior was off-putting. Unfortunately, this encounter soured our day, and we are unlikely to return due to the staff member's rudeness.

My car was covered with bugs from a 10 hour trip and this place made it sparkle like it was new with just a basic wash! Definitely coming back (no photos of the car wash but the photo is the car after I got home from the car wash)

Lady at the gate was nice, the guy with the long curly hair acted like I ruined his day because he had to come out of the building to direct me into the car wash. No smile, just fanning me off like a fly. Crazy how he shows your customers how much he hates to have to do his job 🤷🏻‍♀️
