5 star service! I brought my daughter’s car in for a repair. The appointment was easy to schedule. Although I didn’t need it, a complimentary shuttle service was offered. Communication throughout the experience was excellent, through text, phone & email. The tech sent me a thorough video walkthrough showing the issue and describing the plan for repair. The parts were in stock and installation was same day.

My XC-70 overheated at 8:15 AM on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Had to get it towed to Century for repair (shout out to Volvo Roadside Assistance and JNS towing for an impressive 20 minute response time!). We weren’t expecting it to be ready for a week and planned to get a rental. Not only was a rental not needed, it was done by the end of the day! Thanks so much, Century, for fitting us in and getting us back on the road the same day!!’

Took my 2013 Volvo in for service with them, the fee is a bit steep for diagnosis but the crew is professional and the mechanics give a video overview of problems they find with your vehicle that I found very helpful. Would recommend for urgent assistance but I would take my car to someplace cheaper for anything shy of urgent work. My car had a failed brake booster in it and they could have the part in two days once ordered so points for speed. The people at Century Volvo were very clear to communicate with which had been a godsend compared to the two weeks I’ve spent waiting at nearby mechanics for the same repair before I was fed up and came here. Customer amenities if you choose to wait are pleasant, with outlets available at a table if you choose to work while you wait and the coffee

Great experience with my oil change service! Mike is great and always assures my Volvo is safe to drive off the lot. I do wish I could get a loaner at anytime though… but I did make the oil change the week prior so I understand they’re booked out typically.
