I had an amazing experience here. I called while I was really upset because my car was having an issue and another place was giving me a hard time. Billy answered the phone with genuine kindness and a clear intention to help. Even though they had limited time left in the day, he and the manager came out right away when I arrived to look at my car and figure out the problem. The prices were very fair, the service was excellent, and the whole team made me feel taken care of. Billy was also hilarious and somehow got me laughing after a stressful situation that I thought would ruin my day. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

I’m a new and very satisfied customer of Certified Auto’s service department and recommend them highly. After having a not so great service experience at my dealer, I wanted to find a new place to service my truck. Based on recommendations from many folks locally, I scheduled the replacement of my rear brakes and rotors with Certified Auto. Scott was great explaining the work and scheduling the appointment. The team did the work as scheduled and at a reasonable price. Since I specifically scheduled the brake work, I was pleasantly surprised to see they conducted a complimentary multipoint inspection. A few days after the servicing, Certified Auto sent a follow-up text ensuring everything was going smoothly, a nice touch. I will be a repeat customer for my truck’s servicing needs.

These guys are the best! I tried playing mechanic and got myself into a mess. They were able to fix my mess and got me back on the road without breaking the bank. I highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. Great customer service and very honest.

A simple oil change and tire rotation prevented a potential tragedy. The mechanic discovered there were 5 compromised threads on bolts from a tire install @ Bj's months before. Scott was able to source replacements, and all work completed in a few hours. Thanks to all for keeping me safe!
