Amazing work, I had a bad curb impact during a recent ice storm. I originally called Honda, but no one was there to answer. I didn't know what to do. My next call, was to Pignatelli (Steve's Collision), who I've trusted with my car twice previously and they've done amazing body work on the car. They immediately answered and were able to take the car in the middle of a storm where everything else was closed. Michelle handled me with care, they were extremely generous with the final bill. My car was taking up space in their shop for nearly a month, after repairing the suspension (which went completely smooth, this is one of their strengths) we found out the power steering was gone. I wanted to come back here and leave an update review. I had a 2013 dodge dart with a mysterious issue. The code wasn't really matching this issue. The team tried everything they could to get the car up and running. It turned out to be some weird ground wire issue. They got the car running. I sold it to my nephew and its a year later and no problems at all. The staff is wonderful and try really hard to get your car running. I will always bring my vehicles to them for any repairs. I think their prices are comparable with everyone else but the work is on par with rhe best of the best. I dont know a single person that works there personally but I trust what they do to my vehicles. Thanks for everything you did for my car.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! My company sold Steve's Certified Auto Repair a running and driving certified used Ford Ranger transmission. After receiving the transmission they, claimed it was a bad transmission. After some conversations back and forth, they left us a 1-star review; assuring us they would remove it once the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, we deal with this situation far too often; so to prevent the bad review, we agreed to accept the transmission back. Once we paid the freight to receive it back, and issued them a full refund, we called time and time again to get the 1-star review removed. They never did remove it. Here is the kicker. It appears that when a business has attained a certain level of success, some of them have it go to their head. That is what I experienced when I telephoned this business on December 22 at close to 8a.m. Michelle, whom I understand is Steve's daughter from reading other reviews, answered my call. I told her the predicament I was in, but instead of her being helpful, indicated what she would have done under identical circumstances to demonstrate how much smarter she is than I am. I didn't deny that I had made a mistake and asked her if they could solve my problem. She said she was at a parts dealership at the time and would call me back in 30 minutes when she returned to her office. I never heard back and my phone log does not show there was any attempt from their business's telephone
