On a long road trip to drop my son off at college our air conditioning started malfunctioning. We pulled in very close to closing time and Allen expertly diagnosed a broken radiator cap/valve causing low coolant. They put water in our radiator and Edwin found and gave us a replacement cap that worked. Allen gave us advice of how to proceed to ensure the fix worked. We were very grateful that Allen and Edwin helped us, even though they were closing soon. They didn’t even charge us, which I personally appreciated! So far, the fix worked! I cant say enough kind words about how Edwin handled the problem with my car. The first thing I noticed about this shop is that it was extremely clean. If they keep their shop clean, they'll treat your car properly. I learned this years ago. I have a 2017 Infiniti Q60. My engine light has been on for about a year and the car would loss power every so often and regain it. I took it to 3 mechanics. These guys are the best. They diagnose the problem and don't try to add anything extra. I now have an action plan to follow to help maintain my Jeep.
