Certainly a pro-customer service shop. I experienced repeated issues after an oil change, but their team didn't stop offering support until it was resolved. Not all reviews are because everything goes well. I give 5 stars because CAS honored their service work.

I did not have a good experience on my visit. I went in for an oil change only. They did an inspection of the car and sent a text of a list of things needing fixed or maintenance. One of the things they recommended was doing the brakes all around. I asked how much it would cost and it was going to cost $2,000.00 WITH the oil change. I told them that I cannot afford it at this time and I only need the oil changed for now. When I picked up my car at 5:00pm it was parked ready to go by the street. Once I had pulled into the street and heading home I noticed the “low tire pressure” light was on. This light was NOT on when I dropped off the car. Maybe it was coincidental.
