After a tree fell on my car I brought my vehicle to certified collision to repair my panoramic sunroof and back trunk lid. 12 thousand dollars later and I have had leaks for the past 4 years. There has been a leak in my sunroof that leaks onto the passenger side floor mat. I have had a leak in my trunk. After bringing my car to several repair shops, and detailing places I have been told on several different occasions that the work done on my car was extremely sloppy! The seam sealer used is extremely cheap. If you want your car done right don’t bring your car here! I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.

They are a totally scammer, they should be sued i was towed the car by the police, then they fixed the car without my permission i own the Tesla which is only can be fixed in certain places, they lied to me about everything,i want to take my car back and they ask me $1500 for only tow car also they ruined my car door .I can not believe this places is still open ,someday they will pay back for everything.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE THAT GETS THEIR CAR TOWED HERE!! THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED ALONG WITH OCEAN SIDE NASSAU COUNTY POLICE!!! AFTER A ACCIDENT I WAS TOLD I DID NOT HAVE A CHOICE TO TOW MY CAR TO A LOCATION OF MY CHOICE!!! THEY HAD MY CAR FOR TWO WEEKS SAYING THEY WOULD GET ME INTO A RENTAL THEN WHEN I DID NOT GET A RENTAL PR RESPONSE FROM THE SHOP AFTER TWO WEEKS I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY A BILL TO GET MY CAR BACK!!! HOW IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL!?!?! I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE COUNTY!!
