Certified Cycles

I purchased a fat boy from certified cycle a couple years ago and the process was fantastic. Bike still runs great and have no complaints. Both guys who helped me with the bike were awesome. Been thinking about upgrading recently and might go see what they have.

I never leave negative reviews cause i feel most things can be fix or your helped to get them fixed rather quickly. NOT here brought our bike over 4 months ago.. still waiting on title get run around every time we call. called finance company they haven't received it from the dealership.. need to extend our temporary registration for the 3rd time and each time they expect us to drive down to do it when it's a 6hr round trip... very frustrated they don't even call to tell u whats going on you have to keep calling them...will not be dealing with them again disappointed

Purchased a Harley from them June/July of 2024. It is now March 2025, still no tags, still no title. When I call Scott gives the same answer, the title clerk lost the paperwork and they are waiting on duplicates etc. It has been 9 months. Temp tags keep dying, have to drive over an hour to obtain a replacement. Was advised company went out of business (SLC Truck) was bought by new company (ARC PE). Refuses to give any additional information regarding who to contact. Claims title and paperwork are lost but claims Texas DMV is the hold up. Called Texas DMV who has no record of my bike vin. Finance company has received no calls back from Certified Cycles when calling to request title work. Not to mention gas tank on bike was empty the day we purchased only to find they had filled the oil res

I bought a Harley V-Rod just a few weeks ago. I had a good experience with Scott. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Although I bought the bike with no warranty Scott told me that they stood by their bikes. Anyway, well the bike had an oil leak because of a gasket. Well, I took it back and they took it and fixed. No questions asked. If you are in the market for a Harley, give them a call.

Bought my first Harley from here a few weeks ago and I absolutely love the bike. Both Scott and Jack were very helpful and friendly! Definitely worth 5 stars!
