My most recent repair was a major one that required significant work. When my starter failed at a stop sign not far from their shop, they were the very first call I made. The first thing they asked wasn’t about the car—it was, “Are you okay? Do you need a ride? How can we help?” They even took care of arranging the tow to get my car safely to them. I ultimately had the starter, torque converter and flex plate replaced on my Traverse. This place is truly top-notch. They are extremely knowledgeable, communicate clearly and consistently, and I genuinely don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. They’re honest and aren’t going to sell you something you don’t need. Norm was my 'only hope' when a main engine component went out at the WORST possible time.
