Road service and they never seem to have what you want. They have something close to it. But not what you need, and they try to tell you that, oh no, that vehicle didn't come out with that particular engine. Well, it's sitting at your front door with that engine. From the factory, you need better customer service and maybe some, with some knowledge.

Needed a rear bumper for my 2011 Dodge Charger. picked it up this afternoon. After reading several reviews about the certifit brand parts not quite fitting properly I started getting worried. But when I got it home I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a perfect fit. Very satisfied customer

Couldnt be more disappointed in the fenders and doors for my 1978 C10. There is absolutely no way to correct the fenders or the doors they are off so bad and now I gotta buy buy some auto metal direct body panels and spend the money again.AKA “sorta fit” the door is tweaked so bad!! Body lines aren’t even close! The doors have new hinges and door strikers. The fender is over an inch short! You can almost stick your entire hand through the door! Pictures included

Called in and ordered a front fender, staff answered the phone quickly and was very helpful. Placed order and picked up within the hour, price was good, quality was good and the order was ready when I wrapped.

Drove 80 miles to okc certifit auto parts n bought hood for 08 chevy avalanche..asked them to double check it to make sure it was for .y truck cause it was in box..they did n said it was correct...got it home painted it black to match truck n found out it was for 07..to 2013 Silverado instead..called them they said take paint off hood reprimer it put it in box n bring receipt to exchange it. They have it on thier computer when I bought it n what part number they gave me..the wrong one. Thier main workers lie to your face he was the guy who took my money n I had him double check the part before I took it. Now I'm out all the paint materials time n gas for hood that don't fit my truck because they straight lied to me. Yea. I can take it back another days work removing paint n reprimering it
