I called, left a message with my number and my name and I left a message to please call me back, I was looking for liability insurance, Days PASSED "NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL .. NO ONE😡. SO I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, It said in line they were open, nope, no one answered so I left another message???? Nothing, why DONT THEY CALL BACK? WHAT KIND IF BUSINESS CAN YOU RUN WHEN YOU DON'T CALL A customer back? I rate them a 1, yes a one!!!! If your reading this, Cevallos, give me a call. I'm looking for insurance???????

Just moved in to town and Veronica was really nice and helpful she got me the cheapest insurance after I went all over town to find one, this was the best price.

I have been using this company for two years now. Since they were with Vega insurance. I would say that this is one of the worst Insurance places I have ever been to. They have about two people that work there, which are amazing employees. Because they try their best. But they're overwhelmed with the amount of things that they have to do. Unfortunately you don't receive callbacks, you're unable to leave messages. And if you are you never get a return phone call. You don't get emails when requested. They put you on hold for a long time and then forget why you called. When you call in, they're trying to attend the people that are there, so they ask you if they can call you back and then never call you back. if I were to suggest to anyone I will tell them to never come here for business. Do not go to this company they do not do the job that they are suppose to do...go somewhere else i would recommend u go to a legit company... I told them to have the owner call me .. no call back .. you will get a quote u pay then the insurance company raises your monthly payment this company sucks

this place clearly advertises that it opens at 9 when i showed up i come to find there’s no one here. waited for an hour and started calling no one answered or they would hang up on me after a few rings. finally someone showed up at 10:45. and she was very rude.
