I brought my Tacoma in for a leaking rear seal, and I also asked for an oil and filter change. I was then contacted about an hour later by a cheerful little female voice telling me that they did not do that particular job on the axle, but they had, however, found other problems relating to front end work that they were willing to do for over $2400. They had already started the oil change, but I told them not to do anything else. I took it to another repair shop where they will have no problem changing the seal. I have no use for a repair shop that only does the easy stuff.

The guys in the shop did a great job. The problem was with the customer service in the store office area. The lady was kinda rude and didn’t do a good job of explaining their company policies until after the work was done. She knew exactly how to call me and offer more details to raise my bill but was really rude when it was time for me to pay.

Amazing customer service and super fast operation. Im so happy to have a shop that can take care of of my car needs.

Went for an oil change and a slow leak in my tire. Thanks to purchasing the tire protection left with an oil change and a new tire. The service team was very helpful and nice! And the manager very knowledgeable!
