Chad's Towing & Recovery

Eric from Chad's Towing was my savior today, jump starting my car even when he did not have to. Eric was towing a vehicle out of my apartment lot when he seen I was dead in the water even though we were jumping my car with another vehicle, he drove over and got out and hooked his jump pack up to my car and patiently waited to get my car running. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. So nice to see some good humans willing to help out another human in trouble. Thank you so much Eric and Chad's Towing!!!!

I have no comment on his towing or recovery service. I am reviewing the June 20 car show held at Chad's. The show had a nice variety of old and a few newer cars. My son is a big car enthusiast, so all car shows are a plus! It was a small show, which was perfect for about 45 mins to an hour of something to do, depending on how much time you take at each car. The people showing their cars were friendly and answered questions.

Dealership had them tow my wife’s new vehicles last week. I was working in my office, she was in the shower. They had called 6 times while she was in the shower for 10 minutes, so he was just outside knocking (sorry we couldn’t hear you). They got the car hauled away on the dealerships dime, my only complaint was that the guy was verbally upset with us and made my wife feel bad. I get you were inconvenienced for 10 minutes, but it would’ve been nice for a call 10 minute before you arrived.

My car battery died on me and needed a tow, Chad’s Towing was recommended and they did not disappoint!! Great, friendly service, for the most part, fast too, especially in this Wisconsin Winter Weather! Got my car towed to the right spot!

Let me just start by saying huge shout out to James that young man was absolutely amazing he made sure I was out of the yard and on the road before leaving me he put in extra effort to get me out after being stuck for hours and phone tag with triple AAA and enterprise. All the dispatcher Was patient and understanding as well thank you guys I hope all has a merry Christmas. Did I mention their was at least 8 inches of snow and it was still falling
