My ball joint literally collapsed in on itself and screwed my truck up real bad. Chad was able to pick me up quickly, and hooked me up with a reasonable mechanic in no time. He even called me a few hours later to make sure I was doing all right. Solid stand up guy. Definitely will call him again if I need to
