Richard and Dominic are my Heroes, I would still be waiting for my car to be towed if I had not found them. BTW someone at AAA game there number but don’t tell anyone. I had a flat tire and dead battery on Thursday night and by Friday morning still no service. One call to Dominic then to Richard and it was a done deal. I highly recommend their service and they are so kind😊😎

Chain Gang Towing in Hillsborough was exceptional from start to finish. The dispatcher was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, providing a realistic and honest arrival time and keeping communication clear throughout. The tow truck arrived exactly when promised, and the operator was highly experienced and careful in hooking up my high-end BMW. He knew the precise hookup required for my model, ensuring the vehicle was transported safely with no damage. My car was delivered to the repair shop promptly, and afterward I spoke with the owner, who provided all the documentation and receipts I needed for insurance reimbursement. recently got my car stuck in some mud at a farm property during an event and due tot he massive rain. Call this tow company and at first they was not sure if they would be able to help because of the distance from the pavement to my car , which was about 75 feet. The tow truck driver , Rich , was extremely professional and about an hour after his arrive my car was out of the mud . Onto my one issue is how much they charged. I get it was an after how's tow, middle of a rain storm , muddy field , so if you need a towyes they are professional

I can’t say enough great things about Chain Gang Towing. Domenick and the entire team are truly top-notch. They were an absolute lifesaver when my Tesla had a blown tire late at night and arrived within minutes. Domenick walked me through everything step by step and kept constant communication throughout the entire process. They safely towed my car to Staten Island with zero stress. Exceptional customer service and one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with!!

I have AAA they sent a flat bed tow truck to get me out of a parking spot at the doctors office, we'll the guy came a left me there said he couldn't do it ,AAA left me for 6 hours then told me to get my own tow truck that they didnt have one to get me out. Long story short the owner Dominic from Chain Gang came with the same style flat bed truck, hooked his cable to the bed, pulled me out of the spot then onto the flat bed without a problem. He was awesome even on one of the coldest days we had in a long time, told me to sit in the heat and stay warm while he does everything. If I could give Dominic 10 stars I would. Thanks Dominic for getting me home after a total 8 hour AAA ordeal lol.
