Chalmers Quick Lane in Rio Rancho

We were visiting Rio Rancho and discovered a low tire as we were leaving early on a Monday. Luckily this Quick Lane opens at 7:00 AM so our wait wasn’t too long to get some help. The shop is run by some very helpful staff. Their waiting area is quite unique (other service shops should take note) in that they have comfortable chairs, tables with booth chairs, coffee and soda stations and the area is very spacious. They obviously believe that a happy customer is a good customer. They checked our vehicle promptly. Although we ultimately didn’t have a problem with our car, at least we had peace of mind that it was checked out before we got on the road. I play drums for 2 national acts and 2 international acts. Being mobile and keeping me in the road is huge to my work. The Staff in Rio Rancho, NM always seem to be above and beyond any expectation i may walk in with. QUICK, VERY EFFICIENT & SO FRIENDLY! Michael was so great to work with. I do appreciate ya Sir. I went in for an oil change and the technician recommended some other services for my vehicle. Instead of verbally telling the customer what they recommend it would be helpful to see it in writing. Might help the customer make a more informed decision. Also, the customer should be able to have those recommendations when they leave the shop. Not everyone has the means to have their vehicle fully maintained by a shop and a family member be able to assist. I understand you’re trying to increase your profits, but a single, low income female I feel I should have the option as to who I have to what on my vehicle. Just as I have chosen your company for my oil changes.

I didn’t realize this shop is part of Don Chalmers Ford. I had appointment at 9:30am my Maverick was taken into shop at 9:50am as shop was a little busy. I was very pleased with the service on my truck. I could feel a difference immediately when starting and getting my truck after service. Very pleased. I paid for The Works oil change package and got an A+ on everything which makes me feel safer driving my vehicle. Thank you all for your hard work and keeping me safe in my vehicle on the road.

I’m very finicky when it comes to my vehicles. When I get into my truck after a service at Chalmers Quick Lane in Rio Rancho this is what I get, the inside and steering wheel are as clean as when I dropped it off, no grease & oil on the inside. No puddles of residual oil dripping in my garage because someone didn’t clean off after filter and plug pulled, and no hand prints all over the hood and frontend. The Techs doing the service are very clean and courteous about keeping their work out and off your vehicle. As for Jose at the front desk, very positive attitude, very friendly, Chalmers is fortunate to have people like him. And lastly, if you do choose to wait on your vehicle, a very comfortable waiting area, clean store, and clean bathrooms. A pleasant experience, and I will be back ther
