Chamber tires and Alignment

All their tires are left outside to get rained on. Sold me mismatched tires and tried to tell me i only paid for 2 tires even though they listed 4. Edit: couple weeks later and it gets worse lol, had to go to another tire shop to get the wheels rebalanced because these people have no clue how to balance. Smh

I’ve been coming to Chambers Tires for four years straight with no major problems — I’ve even referred people here. But this last visit was the most disrespectful, unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I brought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee in for a slow leak, and right after they changed the tire, my emergency brake light started blinking, and the “P with an exclamation” warning came on. This never happened before. The brake wouldn’t release, and I smelled burning. They refused to look at my dash, ignored my concerns, and got rude when I brought it up — even though they’ve done the same exact thing to my little sister’s car and admitted fault when it was her first time. Mr Chambers is amazingly efficient, knowledgeable , kind. I had a blow out and needed a tire ASAP he got me in and out in less than 20 min!!!

The only one to have my tire size and came to me on the side of 285 south within 5 mins of speaking with him. Super professional and he brought a new tire for me on the side of the expressway! Highly recommend them and their professionalism
