This has been my second time getting my car fixed at this shop and each time Lyndell, Ms. Juanita, and the rest of the staff has taken excellent care of me and my car. Lyndell has helped me go to bat against the other persons insurance both times and is very informative. All the guys at the shop are very knowledgeable and personable. Not only did they fix my car but my car was cleaned on the inside and detailed with a nice wax job. They also fixed some deep scratches on my bumper that I caused by myself. If you are ever in a car accident this is the place to take your car. Lyndell has made this process for me stress free and easy as possible. I want to thank this shop for helping me get my car back in its proper condition. I had an accident right before Christmas in which I had to have my front end completely repaired from bumper to hood and then some. The car looks amazing and cannot believe it was in an accident less than a couple weeks ago. My experience with the whole process from start to finish was easy breezy. From the moment my car was towed into the shop to my pick up, Lyndell went above and beyond to help me get this taken care of. From the itemized forms, estimates, repair progress, and pick up, he was patient, detailed, honest and helpful! My car is back on the road and in great shape. I could not have asked a better place to get my car fixed after I had a traumatic car accident. They helped me walk through the insurance process and made sure I felt comfortable and confident knowing what I was doing and made sure I was well taken care of. When I got my car back, it looked better than it ever had been. They not only fixed my car, but they cleaned it inside and out. It looked like a brand new car! They also were generous in helping me with the pricing and they even helped fix additional issues that were not part of the accident as well. My car drives better than it ever has been, and that's saying a lot because my car is nearly 10 years old at this point. Everybody at this Enterprise is excellent, easy to deal with, easy to understand and I thought I’d need brakes, but they told me somebody was scamming me. I’d loved everything and when they fix the body work on my car it was exceptional. I’m coming back to them for all of my mechanical work trust me. Lindell Whiters was my agent — He was perfect. You will love him. He is professional.

They did a great job replacing my front bumper and a few other things. They color matched when they painted and it looks brand new. They even detailed my car and it has never been this clean! The only negative which is not really a negative is communication. I had to call to make sure it was going to be started on a certain day for me to drop it off. They were going to give me an ETA of when it would be done, but they did not call. The good news is, it was done a day early. I did not take any stars off for the lack of communication because the service outweigh this issue.
