Great buying experience. We walked in and asked to test drive the vehicle we were interested in and Isaiah was more than happy to let us do so even though it was so close to closing time. We ultimately purchased the truck. He sat down and did paperwork with us and while I was signing I just felt very good about the purchase. Very up front about things and I just couldn't have asked for a better experience with a dealership. The trucks great! Champion Auto Sales & Isaiah were great to deal with. I had initially found the truck online and stopped by to check it out without calling or any notice beforehand. Isaiah greeted me right away as I was walking around the truck and happily got the keys and unlocked it for me. He was quick to get me on the road for not one, but 2 test drives (had to get the wife and family in it too before deciding 100%) Not pushy at all, let me take my time looking at it and driving it. The paperwork was straightforward and done without issue. Title received in the time frame he gave. As with any large purchase, take your time, do your research, and inspect what you're buying. With that being said, I would happily recommend Champion Auto Sales of Winchester and Isaiah to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Exercise caution when dealing with dealerships to avoid scams. I had a disappointing experience with Champion Auto and its owner, James Spencer, who refused to provide a title for my 2017 Tahoe, necessitating assistance from the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. Champion Auto also failed to honor our contractual agreement by not paying off the loans on three traded vehicles with Pendleton Bank, resulting in substantial financial losses. Consequently, I will not be conducting business with this dealership again.

The guys at champion auto sales have been great to work with. I am currently in my second vehicle I have purchased through them. I will continue to support them and recommend friends and family to them when in search for a trustworthy vehicle.

Great customer service. I got a really decent price on a 2008 cobalt blue Dodge Dakota! They did a beautiful job of detailing, even adding a new bed liner, new tires, and undercoating. They let me take it to my mechanic an hour away for a check up. After an hour of highway traffic, the trans fluid light came on. Champion took it in for a transmission flush, and it's been great ever since. I bought a one year warranty just in case. I'm super happy with the service that I received from Isaiah and J.T. I live almost 2 hours away, but they were honest & very nice, making it well worth the trip! Thanks guys!
