Exceptional service and a truly stress-free experience. When my Buick wouldn’t start, Jack and the service team were incredibly responsive and helpful from the very beginning. They coordinated directly (and patiently!) to help diagnose the issue, located a hard-to-find part that was on national backorder, and even coordinated getting it picked up from over an hour away so my car could be repaired the same day. They also made the entire process incredibly easy: they accepted my car directly from the tow truck, so I didn’t need to be there for drop-off. They even offered me a loaner, which I didn’t end up needing since the service was so speedy! While the car was in, they took care of an oil change and tire rotation as well, which I really appreciated. Even though they no longer sell Buick

We recently were rear ended and had damage to our 1 year old Traverse. Champion collision Center in LaGrange Ky took the best care of us!!! Friendly, caring quick and received our car back looking brand new!!
