We worked with Kim Allen and she was low pressure and really just worked hard to put us in the vehicle that worked best not only for our budget but for our needs.We also spent a lot of time with Chris Paulik who was also such an amazing representative of your company. I walked out of there feeling like we gained not only our future salespeople but with new friends. Kevin in finance also was super pleasant and easy to work with. What a great team and a great store. As I watched other customers in the store I feel everyone there probably could tell a story like mine just with different characters. We will buy here again. I am a long time customer of Champion and have been more than satisfied with their service. I recently traded in my old vehicle and purchased a 2025 Grand Cherokee. My salesperson Victoria was very professional, kind and courteous throughout the process, no high pressure sales pitch. PRETTY SURE THERES RACISM INVOLVED. I have been dealing with this lot for several years. My most recent visit detoured me for life. I found a vehicle on their site I was interested in, went thru the channels of setting an appointment, and brought my trade in (2012 BMW SUV). My wife went with me as I planned to drop her off at work after. They tried to lowball my twin turbo BMW trade in value saying they would only give me $500 (KBB value of $5,100). When I asked why the trade in was so low, they claimed it was the year of the car and age of it. I immediately declined the offer and went to another dealership that offered an appropriate trade in value. After, I seen cars advertised as old as 1995 models. My first time coming here. I normally go to Lafontaine jeep and I found the service to be excellent and they don't charge 3% surcharge on your credit card transactions like the South Lansing Jeep. And the cashiers were super nice and friendly. I will be coming here from now on. $5600 worth of services at Lafontaine x .03 =$168. That's a lot of Lagunitas IPA I could've bought instead of overpaying Lafontaine. Smh
