Champion Xpress Carwash

I like the car wash place is very clean and good vacuum and it’s nice that they leave out wash cloths for us. Very recommend recommendable to other people. Thank you.

It would be cool if there were enough customer service reps to assist. Especially when driving into the automatic wash. There is only one person available to pre-rinse our vehicle. Most often, our wheel wells are overlooked and after we drive out, our vehicle still has evidence of dirt and other debris. That’s the only issue I have with this location. Everything else is excellent!

Why is it the dodge pickup ahead of me got preferred treatment? They got in his pickup bed got his garbage out. So had to switch lanes. Then at the wash entrance they hand washed his grill, windshield, rear window, they then took the time to wash each wheel well individually. Which of they gonna do that for him then you should should for every customer. Instead I got half my windshield cleaned which i still got but splatter on my window. Everytime i think about doing the monthly membership i get disappointed. I come thru 2 times a week so it's not that I'm not a regular. Just would like consistency on the wash.

I've used Champion Xpress in the past and this is a decent location in Gallup. There's never a long wait and the monthly program is reasonably priced. The wash is above average and if your car is really dirty you probably should hand wash or polish up after the wash here. The attendants are solid. Due to sunlight in late afternoon the system have problems reading your license plate but it's always good in the morning. Overall recommended for Gallup!

Very friendly and professional! Talk about customer service! My car and I were WELL taken care of at Champion Express Carwash on US 66! They even wiped all my windows dry at the end of my wash cycle! WOW!! 🥰
