One of the few honest quality auto shops in Bowling Green. Champs does excellent work. Not only do I leave Champs every time impressed with the quality of service in terms of customer care and mechanical service but they have the quickest turn around also! I have had the typical run around from many other shops and Champs is refreshingly different, real mechanics doing real work with top notch customer care. Dillon the owner has created a business that delivers results in an industry that usually only excels in delivering excuses. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They helped me during a really desperate time of need when I didn’t know if I would be able to drive much further, and from the moment I walked in, Jennifer was nothing but welcoming, understanding, and genuinely comforting. They took the time to listen to my situation, got me in quickly, and worked with me to make sure I was taken care of without adding more stress to an already overwhelming day. It’s hard to find places that treat you like a person instead of just another job, but that’s exactly what they did. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs honest, dependable help when it matters most.

Needed some new tires but with needing to get my kid and needing to get to work, we didnt know if we could get it done. After explaining, they went the extra mile to get my car back by the time I needed it. Also were great with recommendations and transparency. Will be making this my shop of choice.

Awesome experience. I had some front end work done. Great price ,,,truck drives like brand new now. 10 out of 10 my opinion. Recommend them to anybody.
