When I first got my car the customer service was good from Jovonta but Brian came around and was rude but I brushed him off. Once I got my car I fell inlove with it but once I asked to get serviced the run around started happening. 2 months later my car motor is knocking so that means it's gone , I call up there they telling me get it towed there I waited til I got back from my vacay today May 30 to get my car towed I go up there Brian's now saying I have to get it shipped to the Hyundai dealership , didn't offer a loaner car or anything to accommodate me. Me with my car Feb 25 2025 and my car being towed May 30 2025 so sad

if i could leave no stars i would! I don’t recommend this dealership at all, they’re very unprofessional & not helpful. i’ve had my car for almost two months & i still haven’t received my tag in the mail. i was told it was issued when i purchased the vehicle but it couldn’t have been if it takes two weeks for it come in the mail. i was told i could get a extension for my temporary tag so i drove 2 hours to do so but couldn’t when i got there due to them issuing the tag yesterday. what a waste of time, i wouldn’t get another car from this dealership again & if you’re interested in a car from them think again & try a real dealership.

Beware this owner is a scammer!!!! Please take your business to a legit car dealership, this man took my money and sold me a customers car, that’s just the beginning, I paid cash for the car he told me my title would be mailed to me in 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I called he was rude to me, I went to the dmv i was told my car was reported stolen, I was given the car owner information she told me she left her car to test drive another car, he told her to keep the car to go to Atlanta, and he sold her car to me, as you know the cops was called at the tag office so I couldn’t drive the car, I called him to get my money back he told me he don’t do refunds, I can come get another car, long story short he me cursed me out and told me I’m not getting no money and I better watch my mouth or I will come

Got my sons car from here in December, my brothers got there’s from here as well. Just referred my friend and she’s happy with her new car. We’ve had no problems. Lots of laughs while there and each time walked out happy. Thanks BSW team…I’ll continue referring to you 💜
