We had an exceptional experience here... compassionate service team helped us while on a cross-country road trip with our dogs. They got us back on the road extremely quickly and at a great price! Highly recommend.

Mark was awesome. I was actually looking at purchasing a truck in the area and I'm from out of town. He was willing to go and inspect it for me on his time off no charge which you don't find in this world much anymore. If I could give them an extra star I would. Appreciate all your help.

To start off it is really hard to find a good shop in town, I took my truck in for an alignment and I’d say, It’s the best in town. Although, During my time there, their was some misunderstandings over extra things i wanted done on the suspension. It’s frustrating when you tell the gentleman directly something you want done thoroughly or concerned about on your vehicles suspension and find out later at home they didn’t do it when they said they would. It’s also frustrating when they blame you for not finishing something you asked them to do. Overall it’s a good shop but their can be miscommunication if you want other things last minute, that aren’t on the initial bill.

Chance's Service Center gets ***** from us! We always get in quickly & are told of any other problems that we may want to have repaired. All the staff is so friendly & anxious to please. This is our only go to place for tire rotation & oil changes but the service men are knowledgeable about all things having to do with vehicles.

I was traveling to Kansas to see family during the summer. A day before my departure to drive back home to Mississippi the AC in my vehicle gave out. It was the Friday before a major holiday weekend and almost every auto service was closed, except Chance's Service Center. I arrived to Chance's Service Center about an hour before closing. The lady at the service desk was very attentive to my concern. She went to the garage and talked to the manager to see what he could do to help. And although the manager had several vehicles ahead of me to take care of and closing was less the an hour, the manager still took the time to refill my vehicle with AC Coolant. Had it not been for their attentiveness and genuine care my trip down to South Mississippi would have been miserably hot. Many Th
