The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service! After a Chevy dealership stated the part I needed was no longer available for my 2017 Grand Sport Corvette, Chandler Collision was given the task. They went directly to GM it was available and ordered it. The shipping process took some extra time and these folks made sure I was updated until the part arrived. I then asked about installation and was told, whenever it was convenient for me to bring the car in. The initial time estimate for the install was 3 hours but it actually only took an hour and forty-five minutes - which included washing and drying the car before delivering it back to me with the new part properly installed. Best Body Shop! I had a spot in my bumper from someone hitting my car in the parking lot. I thought it would be an expensive repair/paint job, but Chandler Collision was able to just buff it out and it was quick too. Bumper looks like new again.
