Ken was so knowledgeable and helpful when I needed my truck repaired after getting T-boned. Chans was way more efficient and cost effective than the other shops I got quotes from and was very familiar with the insurance process. Communication was great, they even cleaned my truck before I picked it up. 10/10 highly recommend.

Ken and his team are amazing and wonderful. They are one of the few shops on Maui that take cash instead of insurance. They were able to fix my tacoma in a few days, and gave an affordable quote compared to other shops in the area. I was very impressed by the quality of the job and even happier when Ken knocked off a couple hundred dollars of the quote when he found ways to repair my vehicle without replacing parts. I am blown away by the honesty and aloha this shop has showed me. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I’m very happy with the service I received from Chan’s auto body. I was very grateful that they were able to keep the car until they were able to repair it. Unlike other body shops that don’t have the space, as well as being backed up for months. The repair was done quicker than I expected and the work is fantastic. It looks brand new.
