Chapman Collision Center

Had a fender bender that wasn't my fault. Thankfully the other guy was great. He paid out of pocket and Chapman was easy handling that out of pocket payment. The estimate said three days, but it ended up being four. otherwise, great service.

I'm going to give them a 3 star for right now.Maybe I'll upgrade it , depending on how they react to this. My wife's car was supposed to be done in 6 days. And now it's day 6 , and Chapnan's just called and said it might not be ready until sometime next week , that's almost twice as long. And then they said they found a dent , they didn't see before and wanted to know if we wanted to have it fixed , I think that's just a way for them to keep the car longer. I work in a service business, so I know all of the excuses. You had the materials you the parts...you were ready to go when we turned the car in..... make it happen.

After being in accident I took car here for repair. Back end damaged totaling $3600. All parts ordered, painted and put back together perfectly. I was without a car for 4 days which also was good. Thank you Enterprise Rental for going a good job as well as I was not without a vehicle.

Went there because insurance had them has preferred repair site following an accident. Absolutely no communication from office during the time they had my car. I did call for updates during the several weeks and only knew it was done after Enterprise said I needed to return my rental. When received my car they did not do a walk through. They repaired things I did not ask to be done. There was a ding to the metal on the door that was just painted. The door trim was all messed up. Rear door trim not even put back on door correctly. Rear bumper had bubbles in the new paint. Spoke with manager who reviewed issues and had to wait a week to return car for the issues noted. They did get it right the second time and they had to pay for rental that time. Did not go over car with me the second time

Another great experience with Chapman Collision Center! Had fresh tar on my car n was a mess! Asked for Nick, within 1/2 hr he got it off n even washed n cleaned inside of car, I went in with tears n came out smiling! AND no charge!! They are the best- highly recommended them n ask for Nick.
