Chapman Ford Collision

I had my 2024 Acura Integra type s rear bumper cover replaced, including the taillight and some hardware. All in all Chapman ford did a great job. They color matched pearl white metal flake paint very well, which is not easy. Panel gaps were aligned very well. It took 7 days to repair but some extra time due to back and forth with the insurance company. Everything was handled though and the car looks excellent. (July 2025)

I hate to leave this review, but if you're looking to have body work done, you should know this. The shop manager seems to be a good guy that tries to deliver good service, but he's gonna need to inspect the work his team does every single time and probably fire some people to accomplish that. They broke my trim piece clips on the roof and reinstalled the trim incorrectly and I had to return a couple times and go without my vehicle for a couple weeks each time to have work redone. In the end, I sanded and buffed my hood myself to correct issues with their second attempt at painting it.

My vehicle was involved in an accident the day after Thanksgiving. On Monday or Tuesday of the following week I took my vehicle to Chapman Collision, 6744 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey 08234. I met Mr. Bob Heady, who had been contacted by my insurance company, and was expecting me. He explained the procedure and stated he would keep me updated with the progress of the repairs. He has kept his word. He treated me as if I was the owners' son. Thank you Mr. Heady for everything you have done for me. Respectfully yours John Heenan
