Had to buy a 2026 Ford Explorer for the company I work for. My salesman's name was Alan and he was excellent! Buying a car can be pretty exhausting and frustrating sometimes but Alan was fantastic. He is exactly what every car salesman should be. He listens and doesn't try to talk over you or fast talk you, easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to deliver one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Chapman Ford was great to deal with all around and we look forward to doing business with them again. Simple and smooth buying process. Tahz was responsive and knowledgeable, he made everything be a 10/10 buying experience. The Explorer provides practicality, good value for money. 6 months ago bought a Porsche and the process was trash compared to this.
