Juan and the team at Chapman really saved the day and my vacation. Had my Mazda for less than 3 years and suddenly while on vacation in Wildwood everything going haywire and the car won’t start. Closest dealership was Chapman’s in Egg Harbor, not only did they squeeze me in next day but really went above and beyond by giving me a loaner car, addressing and fixing the problem and getting me back on the road. If this wasn’t 2+ hours from my house I would never go anywhere else. Juan was so kind and really made a really frustrating process effortless. Thank you

He was able to get me where I neeses to be payment wise and got me in the car promptly. His assistant that day A.J. was also very knowledgeable with the vehicle and was a great help.
