My service advisor Jahaira was thoughtful, experienced and knowledgeable in her field and made me very comfortable and let me know how honest she was when she let me know that I needed back brakes and that I can wait or do it while it is there. Very good experience each time i bring car in for service or even questions.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I bring my car which i have a bumper to bumper warranty and Dwayne tells me 200.00 upfront diagnostic fee and if the warranty company covers the work it would be reimbursed fine. Then calls me a few hours later telling me they can’t find the issue and in order to dig deeper it would cost me an Additional 540.00 now all this is just to find out what is wrong not to fix it!!! I said so you want to charge me a total of 740.00 just to tell me what is wrong w my lock? Are you guys serious??? I went and promptly took my car out of there and took it to Woodbury Nissan no upfront fee and promptly fixed it!! Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this RIP OFF of a so called dealership absolute con artists they will try and get money out of you on top of
