Chapman Tire & Services is hands down one of the most honest and reliable auto repair shops in Phoenix. They repaired my Jeep and fixed my vent that had a broken A/C blend door something other places either overlooked or made sound way more complicated than it needed to be. They diagnosed it correctly and got it repaired without trying to add on unnecessary work. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping not upselling. They explained everything clearly, priced the repair fairly, and completed the work in a timely manner. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys deliver quality work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Chapman Tire & Services and will definitely be coming back!

Great location. Everyone is super friendly and wonderful work. They were able to diagnose my vehicle and repair in the same day when I was told by a larger corporate mechanic that they could need my vehicle up to a week for a much more expensive repair. While I was prepared to pay for that type of repair Chapmans came to me with honesty that a much cheaper and easier service was needed to complete my vehicle. Nothing goes further then honesty and they will have a customer for life because of that alone. Highly recommend and couldn’t say more great things about this shop.

Very good service. Promised to give my car in hour, they had it ready within 30 minutes. I got my tires replaced. They were very reasonably priced. I like them and will go back
