Chapman Value Center

I had a great experience at Chapman on speedway. Carly was caring and worked hard to make my sale happen. Narberth was very friendly and easy to work with, always smiling and upbeat! Manny in the maintenance dept was wonderful to work with! They all wanted me to have this car as much as I did, it seemed. I'm a 73 yo grandma who knows nothing about cars, I will always trust these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to buy a car. Thanks guys, I will feel very safe making my routine drives to Phoenix. You are the best!!!!!

I purchased a Nissan rogue that was transferred from another location, found out it had some issues that could and probably would t caused me issues down the road. I expressed being unhappy and not wanting to keep the vehicle. Carlos and his manager Carly made it right and got me a car I’m In love with and made sure I was completely happy and content with my large purchase i recommend seeing Carlos as he cares for his customers

If I could give a 0 I would. Samuel, for some reason, ran my credit 7 times without consulting me and letting me know he was doing so. It made my credit decline like crazy and made me not want to do any type of business with Chapman.
