John was absolutely AWSOME in fixing the body work to my car!! He had it done as promised and went over and beyond in repair. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs body work and I will definitely be a repeat customer if I have the need.

I had to bring my jeep to a repair shop after a car accident. Being new to the area I wasn't sure where to go and who to see....good mechanics are hard to find. Was referred to Chapman's from another auto shop that doesn't do body work but told me Chapman's does. Was so pleased with his work! He kept me informed, super responsive and reasonably priced. I had a hard time with my car insurance but not the mechanic. John at Chapman's was very good at explaining things and even on a time crunch to get my car back timely (no fault of his own, issue was the adjustor from the insurance moving too slow) he stayed late to get my jeep completed in time for a vacation. I did quite a bit of damage to my car this winter, and decided to get it fixed up at Chapmans Customs & Collision. This was the best experience I have had with car repairs! John was very accommodating and generous. My car looks/feels brand new again and if I ever have another accident, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Right rear fender needed to be fixed/buffed and Chapman’s did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating with my tight schedule as well. Very busy so don’t expect the same, but for the location and workforce they did a fantastic job. Highly Recommend!

John does excellent work, fair pricing, always on time and always honest. He made my car look amazing in only a few days. You need bodywork and paint done hes the man to see. Thanks John.
