I was referred to Charity to have a blinker bulb put in that I purchased from her friend at Advanced Auto. Charity insulted my intelligence by saying that my car had to be in a bay to get warm Before she could put the bulb in! I'm a Woman, but I'm not stupid! I'll never go back to Dike Charity's again! CHARITY SAYS YOUR CAR HAS TO BE WARMED UP BEFORE YOU CAN GET A BLINKER BULB INSTALLED BY ANYONE! AND THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANY ROOM FOR MY CAR! THIS IS WHY SHE DIDN'T INSTALL THE BLINKER BULB!!! 🤔 I GUESS THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE A FEMALE WORKING WITH CARS!

Charity's is awesome her and her crew went above and beyond to help us get our sons car back on the road very nice there and we appreciate Charity and her crew very much GOOD JOB EVERYONE.. THANK YOU

I am from out of town needed help with my camper hitch, and I stopped at three auto repair places and they would not help me. I walked into Charity‘s chop shop. They helped me immediately, were very friendly, and she gave me a super low price. I would recommend this place in Standish first before going anywhere else.

I was so impressed by the service you get at Charity's. They got me in quick for a new set of tires and front end alignment. During inspection they found an issue with my suspension that required immediate attention and they were able to get that fixed the same day. Friendly, affordable, fast and quality service. The online vehicle inspection report made things very convenient. I could see and authorize repairs right from my phone while I was at work. Thanks again .
